AI is no longer a future trend in travel planning. A first-of-its-kind study found that 54% of travelers already use AI for travel planning, compared with just 22% of destination organizations offering AI-powered trip planning on their websites. That puts the industry nearly two years behind travelers in AI adoption.
Join Mindtrip for a conversation with leaders from New Orleans & Company, Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and Tourism Economics as we unpack what the research means for destinations. We’ll explore how traveler behavior is changing, what destinations are doing in response, and what they’re learning directly from travelers as they put AI into practice.
